Set a short way back from the road, 2 West Street opens onto Waihi Beach's tree line — the kind of place where the morning starts on the deck.

Inside, polished concrete meets warm macrocarpa. A long cedar table seats ten. The kitchen is one careful sweep of white stone and stainless steel — purpose-built for the kind of holiday where someone is always cooking.

Three bedrooms sleep six. A second living room opens to a north-facing lawn and the property's private tennis court, set into the bush a few steps from the back door.
