Privacy
Signature Stays collects the information needed to understand your holiday or home, respond properly and run the stay. This notice explains what happens to it.
What we collect
When you send a holiday brief, contact us or enquire about listing a home, we collect the details you provide. These can include your name, email, phone number, dates, guest numbers, holiday preferences and information about a property. We also keep a one-way connection fingerprint to limit automated form abuse; it does not store your raw network address. While you complete a form, its draft may stay in this browser tab until you submit it or close the tab. If you become a guest or owner, we also keep the booking, property, communication, agreement and payment records needed to provide the service.
How we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, match guests with suitable homes, manage bookings and stays, work with owners, provide account and portal features, keep our services secure and meet our business and legal responsibilities.
Who helps us provide the service
We use specialist providers to host the website and data, deliver email and operate booking channels. They receive only the information needed for their role. A booking made through Airbnb or another channel is also covered by that channel's privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or relationship, for operational records, and for any legal or accounting obligations. We then delete it or make it non-identifying where practical.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we no longer need to retain. You can also tell us not to send marketing messages.
Keeping information safe
We use access controls and reputable service providers to protect personal information. No online service can promise absolute security, so please do not send sensitive information that we have not asked for.
